•Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
•Train on industry-leading smart home products and become an expert.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Conduct routine maintenance and manage inventory and company equipment.
•Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers, creating leads and revenue from appointments.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Customer-first attitude with ability to act with integrity and build rapport with diverse customers.
•Technical aptitude; experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
