Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect with building-level leadership via outbound calls and emails to verify renewal purchases and support district and consortium implementations.
  • •Prepare and process sales orders accurately, ensuring timely and correct documentation for clients.
  • •Maintain current, organized CRM records so Field Sales partners have up-to-date client insights.
  • •Create reports highlighting product usage and at-risk accounts to help the team anticipate needs.
  • •Communicate proactively with clients through follow-ups and confirmations, and partner with Customer Service and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in K-12 education.
  • •Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation in a revenue-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with a CRM system and everyday business tools like MS Outlook and virtual meeting platforms.
  • •Confidence running professional virtual meetings.
  • •Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills.
