Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology to strengthen real-time defect analysis.
  • •Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost through process improvement work.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects and set process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials for manufacturing needs.
  • •Perform abnormal analysis and drive improvement; use AI-enabled approaches for defect analysis and decision support.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • •Master’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •Relevant RDA experience (priority for candidates with experience).
  • •Ability to establish and improve process conditions and technology, including upgrading process capability.
  • •Willingness to use AI tools to support defect analysis, process improvement, and decision-making.
