•Lead, coordinate, and efficiently resolve Major Incidents in PRE environments to restore service as quickly as possible.
•Drive health checks, ensure compliance with operational policies, and issue readiness reports.
•Proactively conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, and track preventive actions after incidents.
•Coordinate across infrastructure, applications, support, development, and testing teams (including performance testing).
•Prepare and distribute clear, structured communications during operational crises and governance forums.

•Ability to process data from multiple sources under pressure to evaluate impact and urgency.
•Nice-to-have: Familiarity with PRE/UAT/SIT governance and experience in banking/regulated financial environments.
