Key Responsibilities

  • •Own weekly and monthly financial reporting for F_EU warehousing and production operations.
  • •Run the month-end closing cycle, including accruals and variance analysis.
  • •Prepare and ensure high-quality inventory records with finance and fulfillment teams at the site.
  • •Execute quarterly and annual business planning for both production sites.
  • •Conduct long-term scenario analysis and forecasting for site operations and improve budgeting/controlling processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in an operations finance controlling role.
  • •Strong command of P&L with expertise in financial and management accounting.

  • •University degree in STEM-related fields, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • •Fluent in English; German is a plus (SQL skills are a strong plus; Adaptive and Oracle experience is a plus).
