Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the liaison between supply chain and engineering for supplier and component selection during NPI and sustaining projects; identify new high-potential suppliers globally.
  • •Ownership of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, with review processes and business award decisions ensuring all commercial terms are documented.
  • •Drive price negotiation processes to ensure best-in-class commodity pricing; analyze spend, maintain forecasts, and consolidate spend across suppliers to gain leverage.
  • •Collaborate with finance during monthly close and financial planning cycles on component pricing costs and forecasts, and investments in tooling.
  • •Identify and manage supplier performance metrics for technology availability, component quality, supply, and cost to ensure a best-in-class supply chain.
