  • •Collaborate with in-home team members to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and complete patient-specific tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • •Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in TX, LA, or OK.
