SBA Business Development Officer

Build and manage relationships with small to mid-size business clients while actively sourcing SBA 7(a) lending opportunities. Prepare credit analyses and lending recommendations, then structure, underwrite, and negotiate loan terms within delegated authority. Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance, monitor portfolio performance through ongoing reviews, and represent the bank through community involvement and networking across assigned markets.
