Job Summary

Join Fortinet to design, plan, and operate secure, high-availability infrastructure for data centers across APAC. You’ll maintain mission-critical systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement through automation and optimization. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and planning of secure, high-availability, high-performance systems infrastructure.
•Operate and maintain Fortinet data center infrastructure across APAC.
•Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and optimization opportunities.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems individually and with the broader team.
•Provide on-call support on a rotational basis, document work, and support asset procurement, deployment, inventory, and audits.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in data center operations or managing mission-critical infrastructure.
•Strong knowledge of server virtualization technologies such as OpenShift, KVM, and VMware.
•Strong Linux server administration skills (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu).
•Experience with storage administration (e.g., Dell, Pure, NetApp) and OpenStack administration or container management (Docker, K8s).
•Scripting and monitoring experience, including at least one scripting language (Bash, Python) and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana), plus English and Japanese communication.
