Key Responsibilities

  • •Own proposal execution end to end for standard-tier pursuits, including responses, compliance matrices, portal Q&A, and submission.
  • •Build and operate the response engine using agentic tooling to draft and manage responses from approved source material.
  • •Create and maintain an answer library and playbook to prevent re-researching questions and improve speed on new pursuits.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional work across Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, and Customer Success to meet pursuit dates.
  • •Run gate reviews and after-action reviews, maintaining an AI-supported knowledge base to continuously improve bid quality and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional writing ability to make complex requirements clear and answer them as written.
  • •Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience applying AI to accelerate workflows, improve quality, and distinguish right answers from fluent but incorrect ones.
  • •Comfort handling ambiguous problems and turning large, complex workbooks into actionable plans under deadlines.
  • •High organization and the ability to run multiple high-stakes workstreams concurrently.
  • •Ability to coordinate senior stakeholders who do not report to you and drive needed inputs to completion.
