Job Summary

Serve as a trusted partner to AutoNation dealerships, driving adoption of transformation initiatives and new technologies. Conduct on-site visits, deliver hands-on training, and support teams across Sales, Service, F&I, CFS, and the Operations Center. Use structured operational assessments and dealership performance data to recommend improvements, build action plans, track KPIs and milestone progress, and communicate program updates while gathering field feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships and conduct regular on-site visits with General Managers and department leaders.
•Champion technology and process rollouts (including AI-assisted customer engagement tools and workflow systems) and deliver hands-on training for dealership staff across key functions.
•Conduct structured operational assessments aligned with transformation goals, and provide data-driven recommendations with confidence and diplomacy.
•Identify gaps affecting KPIs, develop customized action plans with measurable goals and accountability, and track/report performance metrics and milestone progress.
•Ensure dealerships receive accurate program information, communicate rollouts and timelines, gather field feedback, and participate in project meetings and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

•Five (5) or more years of experience working in or directly supporting automotive dealerships (OEM, dealer group, vendor partner, or retail dealership environment).
•Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and BDC functions.
•Experience managing client/dealer/stakeholder relationships in a field-facing capacity.
•Proven ability to deliver performance feedback, operational recommendations, and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
•Experience supporting technology implementations, training initiatives, or process improvement programs.
