Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, hire, mentor, and grow an engineering team building employee-facing products across web, native mobile, and agentic AI experiences.
  • •Define engineering vision, architecture, multi-quarter roadmap, and success measures for a global employee productivity platform.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Data, HR, Security, Privacy, SRE, and enterprise technology teams to translate needs into priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership across web/mobile clients, cloud-native services, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  • •Drive delivery of personalized search, knowledge, content, and workflow experiences powered by LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and intelligent agents.

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • •Proven record hiring, retaining, mentoring, and growing engineers, including senior and principal-level technical leaders.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering consumer-grade web and/or native mobile products at enterprise scale.
  • •Experience defining technical strategy and leading the architecture and delivery of distributed, full-stack software systems.
