General Manager

Lead overall direction and management of a branch office, driving sales and productivity while owning P&L and budget performance to ensure profitability. Provide leadership, training, and operational guidance to branch personnel, manage daily financial activities (budgeting, purchasing, business planning), and oversee inventory and key performance metrics. Ensure service consistency and compliance with applicable policies and laws, improve workflows, stay current on relevant technology, and travel to job sites as needed.
