Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall direction and management of branch operations and administrative activities.
  • •Drive branch sales, productivity, and cost containment, and develop/manage operations based on P&L and budget.
  • •Manage daily financial activities including budget preparation/control, purchasing, and business planning.
  • •Provide leadership and support to branch personnel (work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures/controls).
