Job Summary

Lead the local rollout of a standardized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for QC laboratories as part of Reckitt’s R&D digital transformation. Prepare and validate QC master data, analyze and harmonize QC processes, and ensure alignment with global frameworks. Serve as the site point of contact to coordinate design/configuration and user testing, drive end-user training and adoption, manage change controls, and provide hypercare post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and coordinate QC laboratories for global LIMS implementation, including collating, cleansing, and structuring master data.
•Analyze current QC processes to identify harmonisation and standardisation opportunities and map local processes to global frameworks.
•Own local enablement: review/update SOPs, guidance, and training materials to support LIMS implementation.
•Deliver end-user training using a train-the-trainer model and drive readiness, adoption, and change awareness.
•Partner with local Quality to ensure compliance requirements are met, manage change controls through the implementation lifecycle, and support hypercare post go-live.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in regulated industries, specifically within QC or laboratory operations.
•Experience in continuous improvement, transformation, or digitalisation initiatives.
•Beneficial experience working with LIMS or digital systems.
•Extensive knowledge of QC processes and lab equipment functionalities.
•Practical experience contributing to CSV/CSA activities including UAT execution, traceability, and inspection readiness.
