Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end material planning and procurement using ERP systems to ensure material availability for production and customer demand.
  • •Manage purchase orders and supplier performance, including expediting critical materials via email, phone, and supplier portals.
  • •Use MRP tools to proactively monitor material availability (e.g., PO past dues and critical overdue items) and address issues before they impact output.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering to support effective material operations.
  • •Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, inventory optimization, and planning accuracy.

Key Requirements
