Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers developing peripheral drivers, bootloaders, and platform software for multiple SoCs.
  • •Drive embedded technical architecture and design decisions, owning technical components end-to-end through release planning and delivery.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize complex drivers using CI/CD-based workflows, and ensure code quality standards across the team.
  • •Debug and enhance existing software systems using JTAG, trace analyzers, and logic analyzers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • •Expert proficiency in C programming and embedded systems development, including reading and implementing datasheets/specifications.
  • •In-depth knowledge of RTOS with experience in FreeRTOS.
  • •Ability to lead by mentoring engineers and drive project delivery while collaborating cross-functionally.
