Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead a client-focused, high-energy sales floor by driving omni-channel and virtual selling, using clienteling and loyalty programs to support repeat business. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates while tracking KPIs and coaching to results. Maintain brand and visual standards, oversee operational processes (cash handling, security, scheduling, inventory), and support live stream and social engagement.
