Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate and analyze consumer voice from RMA, Voice of Consumer, and Quality Care inputs to clarify product and service quality.
  • •Develop and deliver reports with actionable recommendations to enhance product quality and consumer satisfaction.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards so stakeholders can monitor feedback and track improvement.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for Quality Care and coordinate with global retail/distribution centers and Thailand teams.
  • •Lead improvement actions and AI/automation initiatives by setting workflows, securing timelines, and updating plans regularly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or a business field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project or improvement management, or quality engineering.
  • •Experience leading projects/activities with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment or interest in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • •Professional working proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
