Key Responsibilities

  • •Use subject-matter expertise in one or more enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) to perform project tasks and support functional solution design.
  • •Engage with clients to gather facts and analyze business requirements and processes.
  • •Participate in planning, design, and implementation of assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.
  • •Set up test scenarios, execute functional testing, and troubleshoot installed functionality; document and escalate technical issues to product and integration teams.
  • •Prepare end-user documentation and user manuals; support peers with functional testing, application configuration, data migration, and delivery lifecycle activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned demonstrated Enterprise Applications Consultant experience in one or more enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft.
  • •Experience working across project lifecycles from scoping through post go-live.
  • •Ability to provide technical guidance for planning, design, and implementation of enterprise applications.
  • •Client engagement experience, including gathering facts and analyzing business requirements and processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; enterprise application-specific certifications preferred.
