Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise strategically at project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • •Define project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues.
  • •Establish project governance, processes and systems; develop detailed project plans.
  • •Lead delivery from inception through commissioning, including change control, finance monitoring, performance management (KPIs), reporting, and client interfacing.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • •Chartered status or on path to achieving it.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from conception through completion and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
