Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough on-site vehicle condition inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification (VINs), mileage, sub-series, and options, ensuring accurate system entry.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, mechanical components, damage, missing components, or inoperable features.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots while maintaining safety procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports using Salesforce.com; manage territory schedules and educate dealers on mobile inspection services.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •For Level 2, 3+ years of experience in a related field (or equivalent combination); for Senior Level, 5+ years plus previous vehicle inspection experience required.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
