Area Manager

Drive multi-store operations across the Madison, WI area by owning sales, profitability, inventory, and expense management. Lead and coach Store Managers, communicate corporate priorities, and uphold safety and operational excellence standards. Develop strategic plans to achieve KPI targets, run monthly P&L reviews, and identify revenue opportunities. Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, cleanliness, and performance while managing budgets and supporting vendor-driven sales and growth initiatives.
