Work directly with the CEO on BJAK’s highest-priority initiatives as an exceptional generalist. Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end by leading cross-functional projects, breaking down complex problems into actionable plans, and coordinating execution across product, engineering, operations, and finance. Support decisions with market and competitive research, build operating processes, identify bottlenecks, and prepare executive materials, representing the CEO in key meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the business.
•Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
•Conduct market, competitive, and business research to support decision-making.
•Coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, finance, and other teams.
•Represent the CEO in meetings and follow through on key action items, taking ownership of critical projects and outcomes.
