Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operational activities and service delivery for a portfolio of alternative investment structures, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.
  • •Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, partner transfers, and other investor-related transactions.
  • •Maintain accurate investor and fund records in Investran and related systems, and review/approve operational deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Oversee outsourced and offshore service teams by monitoring governance, controls, service standards, and escalating risks/issues as appropriate.
  • •Serve as a point of escalation for operational matters; support process improvement and coach junior team members through day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Private Equity Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administration, with Investran knowledge a strong advantage.
  • •Strong understanding of Luxembourg alternative fund structures, including RAIFs, SIFs, SCSp, SICARs and related regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience working in a client-focused operating environment.
  • •Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail and quality.
