Senior Aviation Quantity Surveyor

Oversee cost control for aviation programmes on behalf of the Contracting Entity, ensuring project expenditure is managed, payments follow contractual reimbursement principles, and forecasted final costs deliver financial certainty. Lead and manage a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, develop and maintain cost management strategy and reporting processes, manage variations and cashflow forecasting, advise the risk team on financial impacts, and support claims and disputes.
