Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination (e.g., master’s with 4 years, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 10 years experience).
  • •1+ year of experience in management or a lead role.
  • •6+ years of applied UX research experience, including 1–2 years mentoring or leading researchers or cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Proficiency across generative and evaluative methods, with working knowledge of survey design and basic statistics.
  • •Experience operating within agile product development and strong communication/storytelling for leadership and cross-functional audiences.
