Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business by qualifying inbound leads, engaging prospective clients, and setting the stage for Account Executives. Based in Dublin with a Hybrid schedule, you’ll balance outbound outreach and inbound contacts, learn the platform, and build relationships across EMEA to generate SQOs.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve your SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quota by identifying and pursuing high-potential prospects.
•Spend about 80% of your time on the phone contacting prospective businesses identified from inbound leads.
•Educate potential customers on what Docusign has to offer and gain insight into their business needs.
•Use targeted questions and your rapport-building skills to understand the client’s business strategy and how Docusign can contribute to their success.
•Provide qualified, informative leads in the CRM for Account Executives and schedule the initial liaison

Key Requirements

•Basic Experience with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and other core business applications.
•Fluency in Spanish and English.
•Track record of success in inbound sales/business development.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Bachelor’s degree
