Project Controls Lead (Design & Construction)

Lead capital project planning and project controls across Anduril’s Design & Construction organization. You’ll establish cost category structures/WBS, cost forecasting and approval processes, and manage change order tracking while partnering with Corporate Finance and construction stakeholders. Own and evolve a historical cost database for future estimates and benchmarking. Create governance-ready templates, KPIs, and CPM schedule/SOP processes using industry tools, and provide PMO oversight for external consultants.
