Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute thermal, mechanical, and electrical validation and reliability tests safely and consistently from setup through completion.
  • •Set up and maintain test equipment, fixtures, instrumentation, cabling, power supplies, data acquisition systems, and other lab hardware required for testing.
  • •Collect accurate, traceable test data and produce clear test summaries for engineering decision-making.
  • •Troubleshoot test setups and hardware during execution, identify issues quickly, and escalate failures with clear technical documentation.
  • •Maintain test-cell readiness by keeping equipment, fixtures, workspaces, and procedures organized and functional for changing test priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in a test lab, engineering laboratory, manufacturing test, or similar technical environment.
  • •Experience setting up and executing tests on complex hardware or electromechanical systems.
