Job Summary

Own end-to-end program execution for a manufacturing program portfolio supporting the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center, from bid/proposal through development, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment. Lead program planning, capacity analysis, schedule and resource management, and drive cost/process improvement. Coordinate material management and earned value concepts (EAC/EVM), manage risks/opportunities, and represent the program in reviews with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee total program life cycle execution from bid/proposal through development, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment.
•Manage program planning, capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution.
•Lead cost and process improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate material management activities with Supply Chain and support EAC development, cost variance analysis, and EVM-based understanding.
•Interface with internal and external customers at MBRs, gates, EACs, PMRs, and customer visits/tours.

Key Requirements

•University degree and typically 8+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 5+ years).
•Experience leading in operations, manufacturing, program, or cross-functional environments.
•Experience generating EACs, conducting cost variance analysis, and managing risks and opportunities.
•Familiarity with manufacturing and data analytics tools such as PRISM/APEX, CMES, Kinaxis, and PowerBi.
•Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of the start date.
