Job Summary

Streamline Workstreet’s sales operations by creating and managing partner contracts, routing high-velocity deals, and maintaining accurate CRM and contracting data. Own the post-execution contract lifecycle, run audits to prevent duplicate records, and ensure system integrity across HubSpot, Airtable, Google Drive, StreetSmart, and partner networks. Also support customer onboarding and tenant user access configuration in Vanta, while meeting strict processing SLAs in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct partner contract creation and management using approved templates and pricing guidelines to compile 20–30 accurate agreements daily.
•Manage the post-execution contract lifecycle by downloading, organizing, and archiving signed agreements in secure Google Drive repositories.
•Execute high-velocity deal closure workflows in HubSpot and Airtable, ensuring required operational fields are populated and validated.
•Maintain system data integrity across HubSpot, StreetSmart, Airtable, and active partner networks.
•Support onboarding and platform administration by guiding customer admins, administering tenant user access and configurations in Vanta, and running weekly data hygiene audits.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in customer operations, deal desk administration, or a technical support environment.
•Proficiency as a HubSpot CRM operator, including updating custom deal properties and maintaining clean CRM records.
•Hands-on experience managing Vanta platform configurations, tenant onboarding, framework mapping, and user permissions (required).
•Advanced ability to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to structure, audit, and secure business documentation.
•Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to 98%+ data accuracy across multiple systems.
