Key Responsibilities

  • •Support direct and indirect procurement and logistics, including regulatory and contractual problem-solving and responses to operational queries.
  • •Provide legal guidance to R&D and S&R functions, covering product development, carbon emissions, circular economy initiatives, packaging compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • •Draft, review, advise on, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with procurement specialists and global stakeholders, including technology contracts.
  • •Manage RFx activity by preparing RFx materials, supporting negotiations and award processes, and optimizing e-procurement and digital tools such as CLM and e-signature.
  • •Monitor global regulatory trends affecting procurement, supply chain, innovation, sustainability, and tech, and contribute to legal transformation special projects and templates/tools improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in commercial legal roles from a law firm and/or in-house, ideally with exposure to procurement, supply chain, technology, or other commercial contracts.
  • •Strong practical expertise drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • •Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers across multiple jurisdictions on complex, cross-functional matters.
  • •A proactive approach to legal transformation, including spotting inefficiencies and using CLM systems, e-procurement platforms, AI tools, and other digital solutions.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
