Job Summary

Lead and refine a partnerships strategy aligned with Airwallex’s business vision. Oversee key APAC regional partnership opportunities, manage executive-level relationships, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from prospecting to integration. Stay ahead of competitors, coordinate due diligence, and be the regional expert collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic partnership initiatives with the APAC General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, own, refine, and implement a partnerships strategy that aligns with and supports our overall business vision
•Manage our most strategically important partnership opportunities in the region, both existing and new, and own executive level relationships
•Independently manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and deal structuring to long-term integration and optimization
•Understand the competitive landscape to ensure that Airwallex remains a ‘partner-of-choice’ and proactively present recommendations to executive management
•Be the main point of contact in the partnerships organization for our APAC General Manager and ensure the execution of strategically important partnership initiatives, aligned with the regional commercial objectives

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading and scaling partnerships, with a track record of driving growth through strategic collaborations.
•Experience managing executive-level relationships and complex deal negotiations in the APAC region.
•End-to-end partnership lifecycle management from initial prospecting, deal structuring to integration and optimization.
•Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with product, commercial, and regional teams.
