Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide capacity planning and forecasting across Servicing, Collections & Recovery, and Complaints. Modernize planning through automation and scalable operating cadences, moving from deterministic forecasts to probabilistic, scenario-based, AI-enabled planning. Build recommendation-driven models that translate capacity decisions into executive-ready tradeoffs across operational KPIs, customer outcomes, compliance obligations, and financial performance. Partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders while establishing an AI-enabled roadmap and continuous improvement routines.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead enterprise-wide capacity planning and forecasting across Servicing, Collections, Recovery, and Complaints with consistent standards and governance.
•Modernize planning through process redesign, automation, tooling, and scalable planning cadences.
•Transition to probabilistic forecasting and scenario planning using macroeconomic drivers, real-time signals, and risk ranges.
•Build a recommendation-driven planning model with quantified impacts, confidence ranges, and actionable outputs (e.g., staffing, redeployment, vendor/augmented staffing, overtime, training throughput).
•Partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to connect capacity strategies to operational KPIs, customer outcomes, compliance obligations, and financial performance while operationalizing an AI-enabled roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; or 14+ years of experience in forecasting, workforce/capacity planning, operations research, or workforce analytics in high-volume environments.
•10+ years of experience in forecasting, workforce/capacity planning, operations research, or workforce analytics in high-volume environments (financial services, contact centers, back-office operations, BPO).
•Demonstrated experience modernizing planning processes and operating models using standardization, automation, governance, and adoption.
•Strong analytical background with probabilistic forecasting and scenario planning, translating analytics into executive recommendations.
•Proficiency with analytics tools/data environments (Python/R/SAS/SQL) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
