Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution across Post Production teams by leading and developing team members and implementing new processes and systems.
  • •Identify and resolve operational issues and roadblocks quickly, implementing effective solutions across multiple sites.
  • •Provide clear direction and support to ensure operational gaps are closed in a timely manner.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to develop systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models for Post Production.
  • •Manage quality for internal and external vendors and lead onsite personnel at third-party production locations, including large-scale change management rollouts.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of leadership, people development, and operations experience.
  • •Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience developing effective, scalable operating systems and processes.
  • •Proven track record improving production processes and managing complex change across large teams.
  • •Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics; strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
