Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams of risk management professionals to deliver effective, consistent, assured, and value-adding risk interventions across diverse and complex projects/programmes.
  • •Plan, design, and implement tailored risk management processes aligned with best practice and client needs.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in risk management (and interfacing project controls) processes to improve efficiency and benefits realisation.
  • •Challenge and improve the quality of risk data, ensuring risks stand up to scrutiny and reflect the project environment.
  • •Act as a risk subject matter expert, maintain risk registers, lead risk workshops, and support quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis (QSRA/QCRA) and mitigation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing risk across multiple projects/programmes across a range of industries and sectors.
  • •Experience defining, improving, and/or implementing risk management approaches.
  • •Familiarity with risk standards/approaches including ISO31000, APM PRAM, Orange Book, and IPA.
  • •Practical experience with quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis techniques and interpreting outputs.
  • •Experience using one or more QRA software options such as Primavera Risk Analysis, Risk, or Safran; familiarity with risk database tools is desirable.
