Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Agile/Scrum activities to discuss product quality, test strategy, and release readiness.
  • •Create clear test plans and test cases based on product requirements and real-world customer workflows.
  • •Perform functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and system testing across desktop and cloud components.
  • •Identify, reproduce, document, and help troubleshoot software defects using logs, debugging tools, telemetry, and diagnostic data.
  • •Develop and maintain automated tests, contributing them to CI/CD pipelines and analyzing results to identify failures, trends, and risk areas.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 126,000 - 184,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Up to 2 years of professional, internship, co-op, academic, or project experience related to software development/testing/engineering.
  • •Basic understanding of software testing concepts like test plans, test cases, defect reporting, and debugging.
  • •Experience with or coursework in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and ability to collaborate in a globally distributed team.
