Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope, objectives, and test expectations.
  • •Create UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing support.
  • •Document UAT results, feedback, defects, and resolutions, and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations, including critical scenarios and edge cases.
  • •Have strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes, including experience testing ERP/CRM or other enterprise applications.
  • •Use defect tracking and test support tools (e.g., JIRA/AADO) and have knowledge of SQL and database validation.
