Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement supplier strategy and onboard material & trim suppliers with consideration of technical capabilities, sustainability standards, and innovation.
  • •Develop and execute a strong material and trim sourcing strategy for Asia and global growth, and collaborate with T2 partners on infrastructure and process improvements.
  • •Maintain transparent relationships with T2 partners and foster open communication and collaboration.
  • •Monitor seasonal calendars for buy-ready products, ensure on-time deliveries, and conduct risk assessments during commercialization and bulk production.
  • •Build and lead a strong Accessories material team in Vietnam and globally, guiding daily tasks and developing future leadership capabilities.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Textile engineering is a professional degree.
  • •10-12 years of relevant experience in material management, preferably with 4-5 years in a fabric manufacturing establishment.
  • •Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • •Proficiency in English is a must.
