Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supply chain support for NPI and industrial transitions aligned to quality, cost, and timeline.
  • •Drive early supplier selection and feasibility; validate material, capacity, and lead time; align MPS for launch readiness.
  • •Ensure supplier readiness for ramp-up, volume changes, and milestones; manage SAP supplier setup and ramp-down/phase-out with minimal risk.
  • •Execute negotiations, transitions, and compliance; track costs and manage spend vs targets.
  • •Drive supplier performance (OTR/OTP), resolve issues, and escalate risks related to schedules, engineering, and lifecycle changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronics.
  • •8–10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Electrical & Electronic Components procurement and strategic/tactical sourcing.
  • •Experience managing supplier escalations and shortages.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Project).
  • •Knowledge of SAP (SAP Procurement Execution); Kinaxis is a plus.
