Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain security governance and help ensure contractual and regulatory security obligations are met.
  • •Conduct security health checks, audits, and compliance reviews across VIVO offices and operational sites to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Support investigations into security incidents, misconduct, fraud, and policy breaches by gathering/analyzing evidence and producing investigation reports.
  • •Support personnel security activities alongside the Vetting Team, including security clearances and pre-employment screening with proper confidential records handling.
  • •Provide guidance to managers and employees on physical, personnel, and information security, supporting fraud prevention initiatives and contributing to security risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Pass SC Clearance and be a British National to be eligible for the role.
  • •Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and calm objectivity.
  • •Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to produce clear reports and advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience supporting investigations, audits, compliance activities, or security assurance work.
  • •Have knowledge of personnel security, UK security vetting processes, and security risk management or fraud/investigation techniques (advantage).
