Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leadership and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Salary: USD 21.89 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to safely and physically perform the role, including ladder use and regular lifting/moving of up to 10 lbs frequently and 40 lbs frequently (and occasionally more than 40 lbs).
