Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leadership and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing materials and work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and primary service/maintenance representative, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer sites.
•Use blueprints/engineering specifications with hand tools and cutting-edge technology/software to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability for company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.89 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school or formal training preferred.
•Typically 5+ years of experience in HVAC.
•EPA Certification.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, Hit & Run, or license suspension) in the previous 3 years.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
