Key Responsibilities

  • •Take delivery context from solution scoping and translate workflows into a scoped execution plan through go-live and stabilization.
  • •Build and maintain delivery plans and backlogs, breaking deliverables into tasks with clear owners across cross-functional teams using tools like Trello/Jira/Notion.
  • •Run day-to-day execution through cadences (standups, progress reviews, decision syncs) and drive action items to closure.
  • •Maintain risk and issues visibility, manage change impact on scope/timelines, and provide consistent status updates and escalations.
  • •Plan and coordinate UAT, rollout readiness, and post-go-live monitoring, fixes, documentation, and final handover/support transition.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years in SaaS implementation, technical project management, and digital/platform delivery.
  • •3+ years delivering enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
  • •Experience delivering integrations, APIs, and data-driven workflows, ideally in CX/contact center/CRM environments.
  • •Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
