Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate brands, principals, and big merchants that contribute significant GMV.
•Build and maintain relationships with merchants and negotiate best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Identify collaborative opportunities aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term development plans and build joint business plans (JBPs).
•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and shipping performance, to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
•Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Proficiency in English and Thai.
•5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with direct experience in relevant categories preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (ppt).
