•Design, build, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs with advanced segmentation, triggers, and automation.
•Develop segmentation, targeting, and journey logic to improve activation, engagement, and reduce churn.
•Shape loyalty and engagement frameworks to convert repeat usage into durable customer relationships.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Research, Data, Compliance, Customer Service, and Brand to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 210,000 annually

•Highly analytical and data-driven, using insights to shape messaging and experiments.
•AI-first operator who leverages AI tools to draft copy, generate variants, build journeys, summarize results, and automate lifecycle work.
