Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships with universities and schools to support internship programs and related activities.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement projects for recruitment processes.
  • •Collaborate with Airbus Early Career teams to align recruitment efforts with global programs and initiatives such as VIE and AGGP.
  • •Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Early Career roles, including posting, CV screening, interviews, debriefs, and offers, as well as managing internship cycles.
  • •Develop intern experience initiatives (onboarding, engagement, program exit and transitions), provide KPIs, and support the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level (or equivalent) degree in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Management.
  • •2 years of experience in a similar role within an international company.
  • •Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • •Proficiency with Workday and the Google Suite, especially Google Sheets (for statistics and KPI dashboards).
