Senior data governance engineer to scale BambooHR's data governance practices, ensuring data is trusted, well-defined, and accessible to power BI, AI, and analytics. You will partner with legal, InfoSec, and business teams to define metrics, document data definitions and lineage, improve data quality, and govern AI/data-powered experiences across the company in a Utah-based hybrid environment.
