Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute weekly work plans for preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance work orders through CMMS/mobile platforms.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records for equipment performance, repair history, and costs in CMMS.
  • •Oversee support for central chiller plants and other critical infrastructure for sites, data centers, and critical spaces.
  • •Monitor N4 building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy use and system performance; report alarms and impacts to operations teams.
  • •Oversee vendors and third-party contracted services to ensure work scope is completed and documented in CMMS, including compliance and safety follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • •7+ years of experience in building engineering or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of Class A commercial building operations and applicable fire/life safety testing requirements (including Los Angeles REG 4 where relevant).
  • •Proficiency maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
  • •Valid state Class C Driver’s License and ability to maintain OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification.
