Job Summary

Design, implement, and continuously improve sales training for Statewide Remodeling’s in-home sales organization. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and strengthen best practices to improve closing effectiveness, average ticket size, and ramp-up time. Lead onboarding for new Sales Consultants and develop learning paths and leadership programs for Sales Managers, using instructor-led and self-paced content, field coaching, and sales metric analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a sales training strategy aligned to company objectives.
•Design onboarding and learning paths for sales consultants and leadership development programs for sales managers.
•Teach and manage learning content covering products, sales process, financing options, CRM systems, compliance, and customer experience expectations.
•Conduct new-hire onboarding and monitor performance during the first 90 days, providing additional coaching as needed.
•Travel to regional markets for ride-alongs and field observations, coach sales teams, and analyze sales metrics to identify skill gaps and targeted learning solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of successful residential in-home sales experience.
•3+ years of sales training, coaching, or leadership experience.
•Experience interviewing and selecting new employees.
•Experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs.
