Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily deck operations onboard multicat and support vessels to enable safe execution of dredging, reclamation, and marine construction activities.
  • •Execute anchoring, mooring, towing, and barge handling operations in coordination with vessel command and operations teams.
  • •Assist in installation, connection, and disconnection of floating pipelines, sinker lines, riser pipes, and shore connections according to procedures.
  • •Handle winch operations and assist with pipeline tensioning, slack management, and positioning for floating and submerged pipeline systems.
  • •Monitor deck equipment and floating pipelines for defects or misalignment, report operational risks, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures while supporting junior crew members.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical School Certificate or an equivalent professional qualification, or equivalent professional experience
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles and industries
  • •Hands-on experience supporting marine, dredging, and ground improvement operations (anchoring, mooring, towing, and deck activities)
  • •Knowledge of safe deck operations and ability to execute pipeline handling in line with operational procedures
  • •Ability to comply with job safety analysis, risk assessments, and company HSE procedures while identifying and mitigating risks
